 Suicide Prevention Online Training for Supervisors, Managers and Human Resource Departments
Fifty-eight percent of those who die by suicide have no mental health diagnosis, highlighting suicide primarily as a social issue. Suicidal thoughts can emerge from stressors at home or in the workplace. Supervisors and managers hold a unique responsibility in recognizing and assisting employees experiencing distress.

Suicide Prevention Online Training for Employees
58% of those who die by suicide have no mental health diagnosis. This is because suicide is a social issue. Suicidal thougths may arise in the context of home or worklife. Employees play a unique role in identifying and helping co-workers in distress. This PROSPER course is a 90-minute live webinar designed to increase confidence, competence, and comfort in addressing suicide in the workplace. The course provides practical skills for prevention and intervention, while also helping employees understand what to do after there has been a suicide (i.e., postvention). This course may be used for any annual suicide prevention training required by your Human Resources Department.
